Context:
The brief was simple. I commissioned artists to create a fantasy world, and hide as many bees as they can inside it. Now it’s your job to find them all! With 10 art pieces to choose from, and 1000+ bees, you will have a lot of searching to do.
Controls:
Use your mouse to move around the image and zoom in / out. When you find a bee, click it and it will disappear. You can also use WASD to move and the arrow keys to zoom.
Difficulty:
A full range of difficulty is included, but all levels start unlocked, your progress is saved as you play, and you can use hints if you get stuck.
Get immersed:
Each painting has its own music and ambiance to help you connect with the world, as you search for all the bees.
Replayable
You can restore a small number of bees back into a painting so you can find them again! It’s much harder when there are only a few bees left (especially randomly). You can also use up to 3 save slots so you can replay without progress loss. Alternatively, you can reset your progress for the entire game if you’d like to start over.

I commissioned some bees 4 is a minimalist hidden-object game focused on finding bees in artistic illustrations, with players generally appreciating the relaxing concept and creative artwork, though many note inconsistent art quality with some pieces appearing unfinished or rushed compared to earlier entries in the series. Common complaints include poorly rendered bees that are difficult to distinguish from the background art, uneven quality across different artist contributions, and incomplete coloring in some illustrations.
One of the worse games of this genre. Sometimes the bees hardly look like bees or not at all and are bare destinguishable from the actual art. Put more effort in your games1 found this helpful
After just a short time of playing, I was shocked. I checked it out and immediately called Time magazine and told them, certain the next cover story would be mine...but unfortunately, their top journalists were out on a mission to find a top sighting of Elvis serving people in a wheelchair at a KFC. But really, I'd never seen anything like this from this developer... The game had several (SEVERAL) images that were clearly recognizable. No, that wasn't all...even the bees you were looking for were recognizable. Of course, there were also the images taken by people with ADHD and Parkinson's disease, where the bees were, well, something with a black spot. In any case, I highly recommend this game (but if you've already played one of this developer's games...get some tranquilizers first!!!).1 found this helpful
Developed by Follow the fun and published by Follow the fun, I commissioned some bees 4 is a relaxing hidden-object game that demonstrates how a simple concept can become surprisingly captivating when paired with creativity and strong artistic direction. The game revolves around a single objective: finding hidden bees scattered throughout a collection of detailed illustrations. There are no elaborate mechanics, dramatic storylines, or competitive systems. Instead, the experience focuses entirely on observation, patience, and appreciation of artwork, creating a calm and enjoyable journey that feels refreshingly different from many modern games. At its core, the game embraces simplicity. Players are presented with a series of handcrafted scenes created by various artists and tasked with locating bees cleverly concealed within them. This straightforward design makes the game immediately accessible. There is no lengthy tutorial or complicated ruleset to learn. Within moments, players understand the objective and can begin exploring the artwork. The accessibility is one of the game's greatest strengths because it allows anyone to enjoy the experience regardless of gaming background. T…
Cute, but a lot of the art in this one seems unfinished and rushed. Compared to other instalments of the series, some of the art is just at a much lower level of quality and bits have been missed whilst colouring, some linework isn't connected in some areas so the fill tool has over spilled into the next area etc. The bonus Halloween art is my favourite, but even that has some parts that have been missed. I would have preferred for the game to have been delayed rather than that artists rushed
Maybe it is because I don't really have a fondness of bees, but it's really just a miss for me. The bees are hidden for sure, but mostly because they don't stand out much. I guess that's the point. Anyway, found some bees and stuff. If you want to find bees, this is a way to do it.
