I have not been more disappointed in my entire life to be honest. I really like visual novels, the dating sims, the horrors, etc. Even as a female viewer, I am aware that visual novels almost always target a male audience, and I'm fine with that really. But I cannot defend this game, it's straight up just not worth your time or money. First, the positives I have are the amazing voice actors and artist who put these main components together. I really love the artist's work for Remi-san's art. The voice actor for Hikaru is also very cute! (that might be me just liking tsundere characters though.) Now onto the story factor, this is absolutely disappointing. I'm not sure of the accuracy of the medical field, that's not my concern as many animes and stories have fantasized these sort of work environments all the time, I don't really care. My issue is the fact that the story had a prologue, and just wanted to end so quickly. We JUST got introduced to the characters, and that was it? This made me wonder if I had bought a demo or a prologue to a full game but that turns out to be untrue. This....is the full game? If you experience crashes when animated CG cutscenes play, go to Windows Settings > Display > Graphics > Advanced graphics settings, and disable "Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling". This worked for me. By the way, I didn't feel comfortable when playing with the patch. It obliterated the line. Giving the thumbs up is just a habit. amazing art, lots of content for only 20 bucks, & its extremely intriguing. narumi best girl btw & the bad ending should be canon then narumi gets with all the other girls [spoiler]after instead of killing herself like she does in the anime[/spoiler] i hope that the other vns get remade as well (which is almost definitely not going to happen and if it does its going to be years from now) & if we are feeling extra enthusiastic, the anime too. also, when i first played saya no uta, i was wondering why ryoko felt so familiar to me. its because of narumi (i played saya no uta a couple of months after i first played yakin byoutou). both doctors, [spoiler]both mentally unstable trauma victims who kill out of revenge[/spoiler], both have the same glasses, both have [spoiler]crazy eyes[/spoiler], & they both have green hair. i ship them unironically
