Runs like absolute crap for no reason. For starters, why would you make a 2D game excessively 3D? Secondly, I don't think you've even bothered to try to optimize the game. The main menu somehow puts my GPU at 100%.

So I've only played for 5 hours but so far I'm loving every minute of this game. I finally beat the game on the first difficulty. I think the replayability is fairly limited at this time because the meta upgrades is a fairly small list. I think 16 in total, and 4 of those are actually new character unlocks. Then add on top that it is dragged out because of the high resource cost. You'll need to play through the difficulties which reward higher amounts of resource or grind out the lower difficulty, which seems unlikely. The graphics are good. The music is great. The performance is great. Game plays at a locked 120fps on my main rig. No lag or stuttering. Controls are responsive. Overall, I would give this game 4.5 out of 5 stars. Deducting 0.5 point for lacking more variety in "biome." Now if there are My only gripe so far is in the form of a bug (most likely) which is that I could have had my first clear in probably an hour sooner, except the game kept crashing when I unlocked the final section of the tower and then the final boss spawns. I think what happened is that I glitched the game because the timer was up to spawn a new wave of enemies and I triggered the …

In General, A Very Fun Game. There are a few niggling little peeves, like, not being able to see what you already have when given the choice of upgrades, or being "pixel-blocked" when trying to move quickly. Pros: * Easy to get into, after a slightly confusing start. * Very replayable, even after beating a column twice already. * Conrtols are okay, but could do with some tweaking ability. Cons: * Mentioned, a lack of info from the base. When choosing an upgrade, honestly, I can't remember what I've already built. Something like "Howitzer (2 built)" would be great. * Getting stuck on rubble from incompletely shattered blocks that looks like shadows. * The angle of the External sections sucks. Would love to be able to adjust it. * While I love being able to boost my way back to base, the punishment of losing speed because of a mistimed button is Annoying! Pro/Con depending on your viewpoint: * The Stuff is WAY too expensive for the amount of options. Both for Run-Upgrades and Game-Upgrades. I like this way more then Domekeeper! When you die in game you make progression, and thats what I really like about it more options everytime, so the more you play the better you are gonna get! You earn points when mining and killing enemies, the pionts earned can be spened when you die. Just BUY IT and Thank me later! I bought this game on Fanatical.com and it was a great deal, it only was like $3.50 dollar

ITER-8 is rollercoaster, you encounter one very good element and it's immediately ruined by another element that's clearly untested, buggy, and incomplete. Things like many of the light beam puzzles having a handful of pieces relevant to the solution and 100 red herrings, most of the defensive structures being worthless because they can't hit flying targets while the huge mech spider enemies (plus the latter 2 bosses) are counted as "flying" due to how tall they are, a handful of upgrades being game-changers while most are universally worthless... The dev appears to have bailed after a couple weeks so don't expect things to improve.
