Hunting Simulator 2

For the same price, there are much better hunting games out there. The tracking mechanics here are an absolute chore, the animal AI is frustratingly janky, and the core gameplay loop feels like 90% tedious walking around doing nothing just to get a clunky shot off. It has its moments if you just want to wander the woods with your dog, but compared to what else is out there, it's pretty rough.

There is a genuine sense of tranquility in the forest, accompanied by a goofy dog that constantly loses the scent of the prey; however, if you have a mid-to-high-end system, you will truly enjoy the game's natural scenery.

Great gameplay, worht it

Its a walking simulator with a restarted dog that cant find any animal to hunt. seriously been walking for hours to find nothing, dogs just keep getting lost. what a waste of time and money.

A stuffy licensing system. At the start of the game, you have little money, and you need to buy a separate license to hunt almost any animal. After you shoot a couple of animals, you’ll have to go back home to buy a license for the next one. You’re constantly running back and forth instead of hunting properly. The animals move in a straight line. When they run into an obstacle or the edge of the map, they just change direction and keep running straight. It looks very unnatural. The ballistics are simplified, and the graphics are outdated. The only plus is the dogs, which are very helpful in locating animals. As a result, there’s more running around and weird stuff in the game than actual hunting. If you’re going to buy it, do so only at a significant discount, like I did, but not at full price.

Never again will I buy a hunting simulator game or play this one. The only thing that looks picturesque here is water. While they should focus on grass and trees.
