Beautiful graphics w/ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ controls. Impossible to dodge, a useless jump, weak weapons, a dash which puts you in the middle of the boss every time, I can't even TURN AROUND with any precision. I'm fighting my character instead of the enemies. I think I hate this game. This would be a great game if the controls were based on speed & accuracy & the characters were allowed some agility to actually avoid threats & attack. How about NORMAL PLATFORMING CONTROLS?! If this had CONTRA or even MARIO level controls it would be a blast.

Nowhere patrol felt kinda minimalistic to me. kinda reserved. It felt really really modest. which worked quite well i think. I think that game's visuals were literally perfect. They felt a little nostalgic for whatever era they were nostalgic for, while still very much having their own identity. I kinda felt like the platforming elements were a little underutilized; i didn't really feel like they were much in the game. Nowhere patrol was just really cool.

i left a negative review because controller was broken and the day after the dev posted the game would receive an update soon and now it has. so i am leaving a positive review on account of being accommodated to personally. also game is fun
