Extremely beautiful and haunting, Inside-like ambiance. Still quite buggy though and need to iron some gameplay bugs. Love the music, love the gameplay. Be aware if you play on several devices, it doesn't seem to syncrhonise and you start over every time

I really enjoyed Limbo and Inside so I thought I would enjoy this one. I only made it past the first few boss fights, seems like I’m maybe 1/3 through but I am just not enjoying it. The save points are sometimes spaced too far apart and not always after some of the more difficult enemies, so even if you beat the hard enemy and then die doing something stupid, you have to go back and redo all of it. The jumping mechanism seems to be inconsistent with how far you can jump, and I’m not talking about when you get upgrades to the jet pack I just mean the regular in game jumping. It was also really frustrating that even if you saved and then you died, your little robot that helps you shoot gets taken away like it’s punishing you for dying. The story was also almost non-existent, this could be because I didn’t finish the game, but I still expected more. Ultimately not for me but could be a fun platformer for those that aren’t bothered by the issues I listed.

Excelente Metroidvania, para los amantes de los laberintos y puzzles, totalmente intuitivo y minimalista, para los que le gusta pensar un rato e ir descifrando poco a poco todo el juego, y eso si tener mucha paciencia, en lo particular me ha gustado mucho.

This game is absolutely stunning. The gameplay is tight and rewarding, and everything - from the exploration to the boss fights - is perfectly balanced. I love that it doesn’t hold your hand; you have to figure things out for yourself, which is a great experience. As an early access title, it can occasionally be tricky to distinguish between what’s fully implemented and what’s still in progress, but the design is so thoughtful that it never feels frustrating. This has easily earned a top spot on my list right next to Hollow Knight. What a treat. I can’t wait to play the full version! Developers, please keep it up!

great atmosphere and exploration.

Selini is the best metroidvania that I've played in the last few years and one the of the few that kept my attention. The game has a very helpful clue system so I never felt like I was wandering around aimlessly. Despite being in early access, it took me ~20 hours to reach the credits. I look forward to playing the game again once it's fully released.
