About Mary Skelter Finale

The last installment of the dungeon-crawling RPG trilogy reaches its stunning conclusion! Will the Blood Maidens finally get their happily ever after?

Jail - a living prison for humans, buried 666 meters underground. It appeared suddenly several decades ago, giving birth to monsters called Marchen and patrolled by madness-inducing Nightmares.

A group of prisoners, Jack and the Blood Maidens, were reincarnations of fairy tales who dared to escape. They climbed from the bottom of the tower up to the surface, filled with hope...

But outside were thousands of corpses soaking in a sea of blood. There stood beings known as Massacre Pink, smiling. In that moment, hope was destroyed. The group was torn asunder, with Jack and the Blood Maidens scattered to their own paths.

Separated, they are each drawn to the devouring Jail that floats in the sky...
This is the finale to the tale of the Blood Maidens.

Both the Steam game and Deluxe Edition includes Mary Skelter: Locked Up in Love - True End and Locked Up In Love - Blood High (DLCs in previous versions of the game). Locked Up in Love - True End is canonical to the Mary Skelter series, while Locked Up In Love - Blood High (also included in-game), is a spinoff of the Mary Skelter characters in a school setting.

Please note that the True End and the spin-off, Blood High, uses Japanese voices with the options of English, Japanese, or Traditional Chinese subtitles. The base game will still have English and Japanese voiceover options.

The game is too frustrating, and not because it's hard. The split groupings seem interesting, until you realize that every chapter is going to repeat the same lore points multiple times as each team independently figures things out. Not to mention having to repeat the farming and upgrading loop independently for each group. To understanding the lore, you also have to be aware of supplementary materials outside of the games. Fun. Then the ending just completely insults the intelligence of anyone who has plunged hundreds of hours into the games and supplementary materials by violating its own lore rules and just going on like it ain't no biggie. Characters who should be vanished are still around post game, while the entirety of humanity are not because, reasons. But Jack & Co. go on blissfully without a single thought of it. "Oh, well!" The first game was a masterpiece. Everything else was a tragic farce. Anyone who tells you the ending was worth it is lying to you and to themselves, and honestly, I can't blame then after sinking so many hours just to have the developers load this steaming pile of an ending onto the series.

Every game series that originally catered to gamers offered sexy moments, revealing outfits, and upskirt shots alongside solid gameplay, because the creators focused on what gamers actually wanted. Then came the female activists posing as major game developers, inserting themselves into things men enjoy solely to ruin that enjoyment. I don't accept explanations meant for idiots like the claim that it's intended for a wider range of gamers. The "modern audience" exists only for the deluded who lack a mind of their own. Men, who make up the majority of gamers, never wanted any of this. The more censored a game becomes, the more feminist and anti-male it is. Furthermore, both the story and the gameplay of the games are getting progressively worse. Why aren't LGBT games considered perverse? There are no warnings about corrupting the mind or soul for lgbt games, but for sexy games we get warnings everywhere. If we, as male gamers, want to see a woman in her panties, we're labeled a perverts, and the next game gets censored further. The world has become so deranged that it views attraction to the opposite sex's sexy clothing as something perverse, while considering attraction to the sam…

Mary Skelter Finale, despite all its flaws, is a great dungeon crawler game, with a not so great conclusion to the Mary Skelter Finale Before I talked about the game itself, I just want to say that the PC port is surprisingly good, which is natural since I play the game 3 years after its launch. My spec is really old, and bad, yet I can play this game in 1080p/60fps quite well with Hardware Accelerated GPU Schedule setting on. There are some stutters but it's not that bad, but I have to keep HAGS on; otherwise, the performance would be terrible. I did encountered some issue like when HAGS is turned off, the stutter become unbearable and it also affect my controller, like the game did not reading inputs properly. Another issue I've found is that despite not having game rumble setting in the game, sometimes when I overkilled an enemy, my controller will vibrate, which is weird. I had to turn it off manually in DS4Window. Other than that, the game is pretty good technical wise. If you are new to Mary Skelter, I suggest you to play the first 2 games, they are a fun-but-rough-at-times dungeon crawler games. Finale do include all the cutscene of Nightmares and 2 in the bonus section, b…
