✦ AI summary

Players praise Feral Flowers as an addictive, well-crafted fast-paced platformer with excellent pixel art, a great soundtrack, and intelligently designed levels that reward mastery and speedrunning. The main criticism is that the core campaign is quite short at around 30 minutes, though completionists will find plenty of challenges and secrets to extend playtime, and the permadeath roguelike structure can be punishing for players without sharp reflexes.

Really fun game. Absolutely worth it. It's really well made. The levels, enemies and progression are very interesting. It's very addicting. I couldn't stop for 2-3 days until beating it. It's a challenging, fun and fast-paced platformer

Extremely fun and underrated. This game is fantastic if you're a fan of roguelites or hardcore platformers. Feral Flowers is a bit short, with only 91 levels taking about 30 minutes to beat - that's assuming you beat the game first try. There's lots of challenging obstacles you'll have to learn and manoeuvre around, and with permadeath you'll be sent back to the start each time you fail. Completionists will be happy too, as there's lots of challenges and secrets to keep you coming back for that 100% score. You can really tell the love that was put into the game, from its beautiful pixel-perfect art to the amazing soundtrack that fits so seamlessly with the environment, and even the little details like flowers laughing at you for getting hit too much. That attention to detail just makes the game so much better. So yeah, would definitely recommend to anyone who loves platformers, such a great game and hope more people play it!!

"To sum up Feral Flowers! intelligent level designs, incredible 16-bit styled art and its countless number of stages with secrets and boss battles is so much more than just a shout-out to retro gaming." Feral Flowers is a game that will be probably be played by many speed runners for years to come a true hidden gem of a game!

10x better gameplay and controls then Elden Ring, highly recommend. Much more interesting bosses, and better movement.

Oh boy do I suck at speedy game. Maybe my reflexes are rusting or timers make me choke up. Either way, this game is very well-built and a lot of fun. Many aspects remind me of older Mario games; especially the little warp areas. Despite my cripplingly poor skills, I did manage to make it to the boss fight and lose in spectacular fashion. Definitely check the game!
