About North Sentinel Island

Ashley and Josh, a popular YouTube couple known for chasing dangerous adventures, decide to film the ultimate forbidden journey: a trip to North Sentinel Island. Ignoring international warnings and laws meant to protect both outsiders and the island’s isolated inhabitants, they set foot on the island and are never heard from again. When news of their disappearance reaches the authorities, a covert rescue mission is launched. Brian and Rachel, highly trained members of the military, are assigned to locate the missing couple and extract them if possible. From the moment their helicopter approaches the island, however, something feels deeply wrong. As soon as they land, Rachel is struck by a terrifying vision: fire, destruction, and the island erupting into chaos. She senses that their mission will end in catastrophe. Shaken, she tries to warn Brian, insisting that they should leave immediately, but he dismisses her fears as stress and nerves. Focused on the mission, Brian pushes forward. While searching the island, Rachel separates from the group to look for medical supplies, hoping to treat any injuries Ashley and Josh may have suffered. When she finally returns, what she finds is far worse than anything she imagined. Ashley has taken the medicine herself medicine that reacts horribly with something unknown on the island. Her body has begun to mutate, twisting into something monstrous and inhuman. As Ashley’s transformation accelerates, Brian and Rachel realize that the island is not just dangerous it is alive with a horrifying secret. The rescue mission quickly becomes a desperate fight for survival, and Rachel’s vision may be coming true after all.

This game is a decent zombie shooter game that needs polishing. Gameplay is definitely a bit rough around the edges but definitely improved from the demo. One of the main personal issues I had was the Brian's voice acting which did not fit the atmosphere. Also I had some visual bugs. Even with all of these problems I still had fun playing this game and I would recommend you to try it. Overall this is one of those games where you can clearly see the foundation for something really solid. The atmosphere, graphics, and core concept are strong. If the dev tightens up the combat feel and polishes the presentation, this could turn into a genuinely good indie horror FPS. (paid playtester review)

A great shooting/action game that keeps you on its toes. Not only are the combat and gameplay thrilling, but the story is mysterious and engaging. Bonus: This is a real island you can google! If you are a fan of fast paced shooting game action combined with a powerful story, this game is for you.

North Sentinel Island is a ambitious FPS/Adventure that leans hard into psychological horror. The narrative is the strongest suit the voice acting for Rachel and Brian really helps sell the panic. While the graphics are realistic and the lighting is top-tier for an indie dev, I did notice a few minor bugs during the transition to the mutation scenes. However, for a small team, the polish is impressive. If you enjoyed the demo, the full game expands on the lore in ways I didn't expect.

I had a great time with North Sentinel Island. Playing it brought back memories of the old Left 4 Dead days, especially with the constant tension and action. I tried the demo earlier and was really looking forward to the full release, and it didn’t disappoint. The game runs smoothly and feels well put together, with solid quality for an indie title. Even though it’s on the shorter side, the experience stays enjoyable from start to finish and never really feels boring. The atmosphere and combat kept me engaged the whole time. Overall, it’s a fun and well-made game, and I’d definitely like to see more content or future projects from the developer. If you enjoy action-heavy games with a creepy vibe, this one is worth checking out.

If you like games with a mysterious story and shooting lots of enemies, then this game is definitely for you. The combat feels satisfying and keeps you engaged while exploring the environment and uncovering more about the story. The level design is well made and helps create a strong atmosphere throughout the game. What’s even more impressive is that the game was developed by a single developer, which makes the overall quality even more notable. Overall, it’s an enjoyable indie shooter with a solid foundation and plenty of action. If you enjoy fast-paced combat and mysterious settings, this game is worth checking out.
