An excellent survival game. It's definitely worth the money and the time spent!4 found this helpful
Game runs like trash, low settings on a high end PC, 17 or less FPS on low. No sort of control set up and physics are atrocious~ Do not get this even on sale I do not see how this has so many positive reviews unless they're botted3 found this helpful
It reminded me of the TV series "Lost." Incidentally, who knows, maybe something like that will come out, since the game is still in early access and is still developing.2 found this helpful
Now, if I ever find myself on such an island in real life, I will know how to survive, thanks to this game. Yes, we have survived in abandoned houses and hotels, but the real horror begins when you are alone on an island far from civilization. And it would be one thing if you were alone, but when there are enemies nearby who want to kill you, it's even worse. Therefore, our goal is to survive at any cost. We gather resources, craft items from them, build a house, and defend ourselves. All so that our time on the island goes well. Overall, the game for its price is not bad, fans of survival genre will like it. I bought this game because it was on sale and it peaked my interest. I have to admit that I really don't like this game. There's no way to turn motion blur off, the higher your graphic settings, the higher the motion blur. Dropping it to low graphics makes it look like late PS1 to early PS2 graphics. The audio is quite annoying, sounds like you're running on wooden planks even outside on the dirt. Crouching doesn't lower the footstep volume either. Character noises could be improved a bit as well. When you spawn in, your only option for a character is a female. Not saying that's bad in any way, but I know that there are some people who prefer to play as a male character, so hopefully in the future there will be a feature to decide who you want to be. Food and Water drain pretty quickly and gaining money seems to be quite slow. When you visit the dude to buy items, It doesn't tell you how much money/gold you need to purchase said item. Accuracy with the starting gun is really bad as well. you can be in close proximity to an enemy and firing the gun at its body just misses completely. There's a lot of things that do need improving in terms of game play, audio, and graphics, along wi…2 found this helpful
The game is definitely under-cooked. Looted a car. Went from broad daylight to pitch black while in the inventory menu. Cooked meat turned to spolied meat within 30 seconds. Drowned twice. The first time because I couldn't figure out how to keep my head above water. The second time because I couldn't exit the water and I gave up trying. The vendor was a voiceless immobile man who stood so still he might as well have been a statue. If the game were 100% free, I would have been agitated at the time I wasted on the install. However, it's not free. If I were the DEV, I would be ashamed that I put a price tag on the game at all. Early access should not mean unplayable. I wouldn't be surprised if the game gets abandoned, if it hasn't been already. I'm disappointed that this game is offered alongside legitimate entries on steam. From now on, I will hesitate before buying another indie game from an unknown developer. I understand 'why' a developer would like to recoup a little cash for their time. However, releasing a paid game in this poor state is a definite strike against their integrity.2 found this helpful
