Boss Beek-Beekeeping Simulator

If you know anything about beekeeping you LOVE the idea of this game. It has a ton of great concepts, like setting up hives in different ways, experimenting with different bee genetics and specializing hives to produce different things like wax, pollen etc- it looks like there's ways to tamper with different plants the bees can feed off of as well. Hiring people with knowledge in catching swarms or other things is really great as well. It really has tons of things in it that real beekeepers manage and it's great. At the moment though the game is janky, the camera is a bit awkward, and it feels like it runs itself. I make a new hive but it feels like everything is already in the hive- no setup. The hive stand looks empty despite that.. I can't tell if I'm making money or losing money. The employees kind of just manage everything themselves. Sometimes there's like 3 mated queens in a hive and there's no consequence for things like that. The UI is really messy- there are buttons that do nothing, I sometimes click things and I'm not sure what I've done by clicking them, if anything at all. This could be a good interesting game as i,m a bee keeper my self but it needs a tutorial i,m lost put the bases down but that is the furthest i have got

Hmmm this has a lot of potential but right now there is no direction or game play really. It seems to kind of play itself and run through days really quickly. I got the first 2 hives set up (I think) by randomly clicking around but I have no idea what to do next. There are beekeeping terms/items on here with no explanation as to what it is/ does, so it is a little confusing for non-bee keepers trying to play. There is no store (that I could find) to buy new equipment for your hives or instruction on how to make or obtain new items for hives to upgrade them. I really hope more things are added to this game! It could be a lot of fun with some more guidance :D I also think some content should be added to the "store" side, the beginning note said we would take care of the apiary and the other character/farmer would take care of the store and financials. I would love to see some kind of store front to manage/sell the different bee products produced, maybe something like customer requests for different quality level honey/ bee products and it is the players task to fulfill that order.

It hurts me, nay it kills me to leave a bad review because of my love for Bees and the prospect of a simulation game for bees. It's SO glitchy, laggy, has a REALLY hard time keeping up with buttons you press. HUGE learning curve to this game. It's not straight forward, if there was a tutorial it would be so much nicer, smoother game play. I will keep checking back and updating.

Very difficult to manipulate functions in game. No tutorial to learn the game. No indicators in game as to what does what or how to upgrade and improve things. Hiring function does not work. I would really like to play the game, however in its current condition it needs a ton of improvements to be more user friendly. Great concept though!

Disappointed. Really interested in the game as am a beginning bee keeper, but with out any type of tutorial or guide I just wasted $5.... Still interested if guidance could be provided from devs!
