Headbox Games, in association with the Gambler 500 and Sons of Smokey, needs your help to save the planet! No one knows exactly where these toxic monsters came from, but you'll discover the sinister plot while you run and drive your way through this open world action game.
As a member of the Gambler 500, a volunteer organization that has removed over 4 million pounds of trash from public lands, you will embark on a quest to solve the trash problem once and for all.

Do whatever you want in this open world game, with multiple climates based on the Pacific Northwest. Forests, snow, and dunes await you as you travel by foot or vehicle across the landscape. - Real cars and real people!
Wild vehicles and their owners were 3D scanned to be NPCs in the game. From social media influencers to local mechanics, every NPC you see is a real human somewhere on planet earth. - Fun for the whole family!
Yes you can die and get covered in bug guts, but there are no drugs, alcohol, or firearms in the game. Everything is silly fun for all ages. - Unique Side Quests!
Completing a mission can unlock a vehicle, and you can test out the performance at real-world "HooptieX" race tracks. Compare your lap times between a lifted economy car and an armored up roadster. Take a minibike ride through narrow trails not accessible by trucks. Or enjoy a mountaintop view while helping restore a radio station. This missions have a wide variety. - Customize your character!
Venture into dangerous territory with style when you find items like sunglasses, hats, backpacks, and more. Find a new racing helmet or a fancy fanny pack. - Spectacular Effects!
This is not a simulation. Enjoy wild weapons and toxic creatures like you've never seen before.

Short Review: This game isn't "done" and only interesting for a very niche community at the moment. Given the fact that it is early alpha and not for a wide audience right now, i can not recommend it to the public in General, which doesn't mean it's a lost cause. Maybe with enhancements and additional content this will turn a gem. Long Review: It is pretty much a close to unplayable early alpha mess and only interesting if you get the very specific inside jokes of that crew. I bought this game because The gambler 500 advertised it on instagram. This being said, i knew it would be early access and i knew it would be more of an Inside Joke than an actual AAA Game. If you are not affiliated with or interested in The Gambler 500, Car Guy Jokes or Bad Puns, This Game will probably not be for you. However, Anyone else will accept it as the funny Unreal Sandbox Mess it is and enjoy the humour. This being Said, i noticed the following improvement-worthy issues. Controls in general, Especially when on foot, are quite clunky and feel very unrefined. My XBOX Controller doesn't work with the Game. For Whatever Reason i can only Play Keyboard/ Mouse. Well, its early access and its overpriced, which is a shame because i feel this could have potential. This appears to be written using the same AI gen game scripts as several other games on steam right now, using assets from an external source and game code written by ai. Its not a bad thing, sometimes the games are good, sometimes not so good. This game falls into the latter, as its alot of content with no real direction, instructions or optimization. From the offset, you are open world roaming around a level abundant in cars and foliage. There are very few enemies to shoot, but theres lots of people that want things collected in exchange for stickers that maybe one day will be used as currency to purchase items from the shops (if you can find them.) Character customization is hats and bags for your MAN character. Thats it really, you cant change character, and the only cosmetic items for customization that i found are a hat, glasses and a bag. There may be more shops, but without a map, guide arrows or anything, you are basically wandering around a HUGE unoptimized map, looking for people that may not be quest people or generic npcs.
