About Radiation Caterpillar

✦ AI summary

Radiation Caterpillar is a physics-based puzzle platformer where you guide an alien caterpillar through 40 increasingly challenging levels, collecting radioactive elements to grow while managing the tradeoff that size makes maneuvering harder and riskier. Navigate treacherous traps, unstable platforms, and narrow passages where strategic growth and careful movement are essential to avoid getting stuck or tangled in your own body.

An alien caterpillar  whose biology requires radiation for growth and survival. Luckily, your home planet is literally saturated with this dangerous yet vital resource. Your goal is to navigate challenging levels, collect radioactive elements, and grow, but be careful: the larger you get, the harder it is to maneuver!

FEATURES

 • 40 unique levels — from simple tutorials to mind-bending and extremely challenging
 • 40 achievements — rewards for skill, speed, and creative thinking
 • Dynamic physics — realistic interaction with the environment
 • Progressive difficulty — each level introduces new mechanics and challenges
 • Minimalistic yet atmospheric graphics — focus on gameplay and physics

CHALLENGES

 • Be careful with growth! An oversized track can get stuck in narrow passages.
 • Self-entanglement - if you don't watch your trajectory, you can wrap yourself around yourself and block your progress.
 • Dangerous traps - saws and spikes instantly destroy you.
 • Unstable platforms - they collapse under weight, requiring quick reactions.
 • Constrained space - sometimes you need to shrink to move forward.

WHO IS THIS GAME FOR?

 • Physics puzzle lovers
 • Fans of challenging platformers
 • Those who appreciate unconventional mechanics and original concepts
 • Players who enjoy achievements and complete completions

Radiation Caterpillar is a Snake-inspired puzzle game where you guide a growing caterpillar through increasingly challenging levels, with the core mechanic being that size directly impacts difficulty and maneuverability. Players consistently praise its minimalist charm, addictive "one more try" gameplay, and clever puzzle design, though opinions vary on difficulty—some find it accessible and beautiful while others consider it genuinely challenging and demanding.

A decent variation of Snake; it’s worth recommending to anyone who misses Tetris, although the focus here is more on puzzle-solving.
🐛 Growing Pains: A Radioactive Love Story
🎮 My first thought playing Radiation Caterpillar? "How hard can it be to guide a glow-hungry worm?" Famous last words. This deceptively simple puzzle had me sweating over pixel-perfect moves while my caterpillar doubled, tripled, quadrupled in size - and in chaos. ⚡ 🌟 The charm hits fast: minimalist visuals, snappy physics, and that delicious "one more try" hook. But beware - every radioactive morsel you collect makes you longer, clumsier, and way more likely to tie yourself into a cosmic knot. 😅 It's like playing Snake after three espressos. 💡 Pro tip: patience beats speed here. Plan two moves ahead, or watch your glorious glow-worm get skewered by a sawblade. It's a niche gem - perfect for puzzle lovers who enjoy a side of self-inflicted panic. ✅ Verdict: Recommended for fans of bite-sized brain teasers. Just don't blame me when you start talking to your screen. 💯

Oooooh, a typical puzzle! 40 levels, I wouldn't say wow!! but overall, it's okay.

A puzzle game with unusual mechanics. Controlling a caterpillar growing from radiation is a real challenge: the larger you are, the greater the risk of getting stuck or entangled in yourself. 40 levels are dynamic and full of traps. Challenging, atmospheric, and very exciting for fans of unusual puzzles!
