I have mixed feelings about this game as I wanted to support some Aussie devs. They say that the game was developed from beginning to end in 5 weeks and it shows. Optimisation is terrible because it caused my high end laptop to fry. Wattle the sugar glider goes exploring underwater and every creature he meets has a quest for him. This means he had to explore every nook and cranny to find their items. The game is cute, peaceful and wholesome and it was fun to glide underwater. I played on KB&M and the double jump in particular was difficult to execute because it entailed me using 3 keys at once. The double jump is essential to bounce off jellyfish or to get up to higher ledges. The mechanics of the jump wasn't explained in the tutorial, so it took me a while to work it out. I would say it was much easier on a controller. Graphics were colourful, but simple. The music was very much in the background. There are no scary bits, so suitable for a child. You can die if you miss a jump and respawn at the beginning of a jumping segment. That can be very frustrating if you're struggling to time a jump right. It's definitely fun, please make more 3d platforming like this. I only wish though that it was longer. I completed it in only 20 minutes. Needs a lot more content.

The very first jump made me smile. Such a cute little quirky game. for less than $6 AUD, well worth the smile it gave me. The animations are actually really nice, the subtle foot turn on the glider in idle animation as their head turns, the way their little arms flair out when you jump, theres a lot to love in here. quirky story, solid platforming, runs well, has great implementation for progression tbh.. I had myself asking how was i even going to reach that area, then the 'unlock' came and it clicked. There is a small amount of cheese here, rock hopping, using structures to get somehwere early, which instantly made me think of speed running. Would be a kinda dope game for a community 100% speedrun. All in all, this game is a small collection of solid lego bricks. The more bricks, the bigger the build, the better the game. Its the foundations here that make this game good. This could easily be grown 10x to something bigger or turned 2d side scroller platformer. Well done guys, absolute banger of a first game.

A simple floaty platformer collectathon. Easy 100% in half an hour, but good job for such a short production time
