In this case, DIG Games got someone else's asset flip, put their own name on someone else's act of putting their own name on someone else's assets and published it on Steam to try get money for it. Before I played this game I had goals. Ambition. Friends who answered my texts. I woke up every morning with purpose and emotional stability which honestly was getting exhausting. Then this masterpiece entered my life. Within weeks I had transformed into a hollow shell of a person operating entirely on regret. My sleep schedule collapsed into a cryptid sighting. My loved ones slowly stopped inviting me places after I explained “I can’t tonight, I need to play Gods and Mages the best game of our time” for the 38th time. The game didn’t just take my free time it improved me by removing every distracting element of human happiness. Hobbies? Gone. Self-respect? GONE! The warm spark behind my eyes? Efficiently extinguished for maximum immersion. I now spend every waking hour playing this perfect game and every sleeping hour having stress dreams about losing time resting and not playing this perfection. I haven’t felt the comfort of anyone in months but honestly that proves this game is better for me than being around another worthless person.
