Idle & Incremental Lovers warmly recommends ScreenSaver Idle : [i] Very pleasant surprised! Came for the DVD nostalgia, was thrilled by the gameplay! Way more active than I thought, and switching between the DVD screen, mining and farming/fishing was pretty fun! <3 [/i] + Believe it or not, the DVD logo sometimes hit the corner! And everything is done, including fireworks, so you can feel the hype! + You can actually have some control on the DVD movement (what?! Heresy!). How? Well, by the most obvious way: throwing a dart at it! + Music is excellent (provided you like classical and opera music). + The DVD newsfeed is kinda hilarious. + You think you've seen it all? Well, the fun part just begins! You can unlock mining, then farming/fishing. Resources you collect in one mode can help you get better in other modes, and it's really a blast to switch between the three modes, never a boring moment. + Do you like collections? Complete your collections of fruits, vegetables, fishes... and get some bonus! + All modes are pretty intuitive and easy to play. The game has a lot of heart and constantly changes up your main strategy for gaining the multiple types of currency. Quite short, but worth it for $5. The last bit of the game can really drag, though. The farm needs to have something resembling actual gameplay. One note, start working on upgrading the farm as early as you can, or the last 45 minutes of the game will be a slog.

This is a super fun and cosy little incremental game with a heart of gold. There's more to it than there seems at first and it's really fun to just go in blind and enjoy how it develops. I had a lot of fun with every moment, and it's a great mix of satisfying and relaxing and nostalgic and silly all at the same time. I very much recommend giving it a try!

Fun game! Nice and steady progression and lasts just about a perfect amount of time. The dev team includes a Chief Ramen Officer and multiple cats, amazing actually. This helps explain why this game rocks and has a sense of humor.

Wow, what an absolute gem of a game. Go in blind, you won't be disappointed by this one. I'm only sad it has so few reviews! This game deserves way more attention. It's up there in my favorite incrementals now, it's really that good!
