Genuinely a good story game, when this game said your choices mattered, BOI DID IT MEAN THEY MATTER! Safe to say I got the bad ending. Glad I picked this up and played it to the end.1 found this helpful
[h1]A Beautifully Emotional War Story That Hits Hard in Quiet Moments[/h1] 11-11 Memories Retold ended up surprising me way more than I expected. At first glance, the painterly art style is what immediately grabs attention, but what really stayed with me after finishing the game was the emotional side of the story. Instead of focusing on massive battles or nonstop action, the game tells a much more personal and human story about World War I. You follow two different characters from opposite sides of the war, and that perspective works really well. One is a young photographer chasing purpose and adventure, while the other is a German engineer trying to survive and protect his family. The game constantly shifts between them, showing how war destroys lives regardless of which side someone is on. What I appreciated most is that the game avoids turning war into some heroic power fantasy. A lot of scenes focus on fear, confusion, guilt, and loss instead of glorifying combat. Some moments honestly felt uncomfortable in a good way because the game clearly wants you to think about the emotional consequences of everything happening. The visual style deserves a lot of credit too. …
I really like story driven games and I stumble this game across the store and I do not regret it. The trailer looks promising and interesting that I have to see what's up. This game needs more recognition, this story also has a deeper meaning to it in my interpretation. Very good game mechanics and character design.

stunning game with touching story
11-11: Memories Retold is good… but only up to a certain point. The art style is easily the best thing about it. Looks like a painting constantly moving around, and when the story lands, it really lands. Some moments hit hard and the atmosphere during the war sections is genuinely strong. But then the game also drags itself down sometimes. Gameplay is super basic, pacing gets uneven, and a few scenes try so hard to be emotional that they lose impact instead. It’s got real heart, just not enough consistency to fully stick the landing. 7/10, beautiful game with some rough patches.
