I'm an avid TD fan with 120+ of them currently in my steam library (at the time of this review... There will be more to come) The game is well developed to test your skills for 3 Staring all the levels, achievements in the game are great and add a unique way of trying to complete levels once you have upgraded your skills. This particular Tower Defense game is well balanced and requires you to build different turrets in places to try ascertain victory on most levels, (where some other TD games you can just build 1-2 OP turrets all the way through) One small drawback with the game is 2 of the achievements are a big commitment and requires you to run the super uber hard survival levels a few times to get (i am an achievement hunter so i've been grinding these) Huge thank you to the developers on this game too, they allowed me to run multiple giveaways for there game over on a live twitch stream. I may have 1-2 keys left on the stream if anyone wanted to try the game. New Update to the game has been incredible and allows the farming of the bigger achievements slightly faster (also a solid level)4 found this helpful
Pretty poor game. I don't think the dev has played many tower defense games before. 1. You don't teleport enemies next to the player's hq. What's the point of lanes of enemies are just going to ignore them? 2. If you restrict placing towers in specific spots, giving players almost nowhere to place turrets is boring as ****. Weee. I can place a total of 7 turrets in this stage. Surely that's going to make for a THRILLING battle. Yawn. 3. You run out of meta upgrades in no-time. By the end of the campaign you're sitting on currency with nothing to upgrade. If there's no progress, no there's no point in playing. Half of the upgrades are gimped anyway (your tower now does X! Unless you fully upgrade it. Then X doesn't work). 4. A tower has been disabled. A tower has been disabled. A tower has been disabled. A tower has been disabled. A tower has been disabled. A tower has been disabled. Most basic bi*** mechanic I have ever seen in a TD game. 5. Tiny maps, few turrets, little to no upgrades...WHY? I've seen flash games with more content. Avoid this crap. i love this style of tower defense and this does this genre well. Similar to defense grid 2. properly challenging without feeling impossible. good value for cost per hour play. developers continue to add to game. its a no brainer grab it. i also have this game on android and that version is just as good.1 found this helpful
