The life of a cat has never been so eventful! In "9 Lives to Defend" you assume the role of Loki, a brave cat who needs to protect the house from invaders while its parents are away on vacation. With only nine lives, your survival skills will be tested against hordes of enemies in a frenetic bullet hell. Build unique matches using cards that only a clever kitten could wield. Play with different versions of Loki from other lives, and evolve your special abilities to fight this war like a true feline warrior ^.^

I had a really good time with this. I love the goofy premise and playing as different versions of Loki with their own weapons made it feel fresh. The runs can get hectic in a fun way, and upgrading between waves kept me hooked. I just kept wishing it had co op because this feels like the kind of game that would be perfect to play on the couch with a friend. Even so, it is a charming little game that I enjoyed way more than I expected.2 found this helpful
Fun gsme but I have trouble seeing all the things being thrown at me because there's not good contrast on some of them but I'm still enjoying it. Plays just fine on mac using crossover.
It's probably fine once you buy upgrades, but it's tuned so poorly I can't evev finish the first level on playful difficulty after more than an hour of grinding! I play a ton of survivor likes, so I feel pretty confident about this. Just not interested in spending hours grinding just to make it playable
A fun and surprisingly challenging game. One of the better vampire survivors likes out there.
Its very difficult to differentiate enemy shooting attacks when there are so many colours on the screen at once, everything blends together. there also isnt enough time after respawning to actually move away, bosses are too hard even on playful diffuculty, Overall not a fun game and frustrating game design
