A game about sucking (up ghosts with a Vacuum)

If this was half as long and half the price, I think this would have much better reception. Personally I would have liked to see the gameplay evolve over time but it never really changes and ends up being boring. There is a balance where a short game can make people want more but a long game can make people very frustrated with being a grind. If you wanted to halve the price and provide also a support DLC for the other half of the cost and just add like a different cursor to add a little extra I think it would have been received better.

On of the cutest short incremental games I have played in a while. don't let the play time fool you this should take four to five hours to finish for most people, I let the game run a little whilst sitting on voice because this game was something that I played while waiting on others. the graphics and soundscape sell the cute ghost and vaccum aesthetic but the real treat for me was the skill tree being set out like you're exploring buildings and rooms within them. give this one a go if you want a high effort, short incremental.

This game is aptly named. It sucks. This is the type of no effort game that makes me wish I could just click not recommended, without having to bother writing anything. Because the developers didn't bother making a game worth playing. If you want to try this game, you can give it 2 minutes. You'll find out right quick if the entire game is worth it for you, because the first 2 minutes is exactly the same as the last 2 minutes. Except the problem with the last 2 minutes, is it comes hours later. The skill tree just goes on forever and ever and ever and oh my god... The game is just so damn boring. I have three categories for games in my library that I'm not playing again. Unlikely to play again: Game isn't bad, but either I'm not interested in it, or I've overplayed it. Zactualtrash: Z so it shows at the bottom of my library. Games that are terribly made and/or just suck. Zbewilderingbullshit: Games I couldn't work out or were broken. This one is actual trash. Total waste of time, it tries too hard to be funny in a really weird way. It's full of innuendos that are just totally crowbarred in. Like a kid who's just learned a swear word he thinks is funny. Bought this as part of a bundle. Feels like more of a chore than a game. The skill tree does not feel meaningful at all, despite its sprawling nature. I stopped reading descriptions of what the individual unlocks do very early. Some incrementals get this feeling near the end as the currency gain outpaces the skill tree and you're just chasing the completion aspect, but this one hits so early and its just not satisfying. The art/design feels a little too "busy" compared to other games in the genre, where the individual effects and assets are decent on their own, but when combined they feel like they muddle each other and it just feels more like visual chaos, where more satisfying games are maybe a little more "clean" feeling. Usually I will wait until I've beaten the game to post a review, but I've already had to put this one down a couple of times because it just wasn't scratching the itch. I'll probably try to push through to completion regardless, but there are other games out there that do it better.
