[h2]A Wild Catgirl Disappears![/h2] The writing is extremely juvenile, making for a difficult read, and some of the achievements seem to be bugged, killer combo you got there. The message at the end was really unnecessary too.

Not actively bad but average at best. The writing is passable but the scenario is kind of shallow and the fantasy elements do not really add anything to the theme of self and social acceptance. Many of the characters look like there is something wrong with their necks or like their faces were pasted onto existing illustrations. I have no idea what the note Eiko reads in the ending is about. I guess it is something from the developer and I am just unaware of whatever real-life drama inspired it. I am cutting the developer a little slack here because this appears to be their first work but while the game is not bad enough to actively advise people against buying it, it does not really have anything that makes it worth recommending.

Relatively easy 100% achievos, but negative because: - Issues with not getting achievos and having to delete files to fix it - Did not really feel like story was all that interesting

The Game is quite short, and depending on your reading speed could probably be knocked out in an hour or two. It isn't overly complex, no stat tracking or labyrinthine progression path. to my knowledge there isn't any real fail states but at time of writing i have only done one path. As a whole the game reminds me of a flash game, and I do not mean that as an insult. It strikes me heavily as an early game made by someone who has a soft spot for visual novels and made a solid attempt at it. While an argument could be made about whether it stuck the landing or not, the game is a cute, simple story that costs a few dollars at the max. And with the saturation of slop, asset flips, and shovelware there is on steam, you could do significantly worse than this game.
