Abandoned Souls is a realistic horror game created in the style of found footage.

Plot:
The player takes on the role of a video blogger, Tim, who loves to explore abandoned places. This time Tim sets off to explore an old abandoned hospital in the midst of a deep forest, to capture exclusive footage for his viewers.
Rumor has it the hospital was somehow connected to a case of disappearances in the area in 1985.

Average game time: 30 to 60 minutes.

Abandoned Souls is a short, liniear indie psychological horror walking simulator. it has good atmosphere but very poor lightining and some key objects are highlighted in a bright freaking light, especially when you have to watch a tape recording. Photosensitivity warning here. On top of that, coupled with the bubble head effect and some cam corder view (similar to blair witch project) you will be left with headache or motion sickness...like i am in right now. I wont call this horror. it's just pitch black adventure with teddy bears and a broken torchlight.

THIS GAME IS HORROR PERFECTION Defs in the top 10 scariest games i've played the atmosphere........ brutal every sound making you turn your head to look where it came from. jumpscares...... pants sh**ting worthy well done dev and or devs amazing game

Good game. Felt a bit intense near the end. Great atmosphere and use of sounds. Short but entertaining.

It's ok, considering length and price, if you like urbex and walking simulators the games by Tomcuk are actually nice in their own way. Many things are recycled but when in sale and in the bundle, a playthrough can be fun. They usuall last 30 minutes, one hour max.
