A pretty good short adventure game with a good storyline and some decent puzzles. Chronicles had better puzzles and a better ending encounter with the boss man, but this one has a better flow of the story.1 found this helpful
This game is a newer easier version of Adams Venture Chronicals. I played through all of both and really enjoyed them. The puzzles have been simplifide and there is less achivements so it's easier to 100% it. Both games deal with Bible topics, but this one requires less actual Bible knowledge compared to Chronicals. This is one of those games like Tomb Raider, or Indianan Jones, or Strange Brigade, but without any shooting or intense action. If you like archaeology and puzzles, but hate anxiety this game is perfect, they even got rid of the stressfull boss fight from the end of Adams Venture Chronicals.
i liked this a lot, adam is so cute and handsome, and i liked his voice and also lines (even if goofy, silly or cliche), the visuals were mostly really nice, i noticed some things looked wrong but were mostly minor and brief. sneaking past the guards with the flashlights was frustrating, but wasn't very difficult, the puzzles were easier with a guide (but could be annoying without).
it's a silly charming game
This "remake" is remarkably worse than the OG. Feels like a soulless action puzzle game, yea it does upgraded the graphics and control BUT....that's all they did, the cutscenes are even worse than the OG...Can't really recommend this, if you love this series, JUST STAY AT THE OG ONE
