Needs more time in the oven. The whole feeling is a bit clunky. For instance, the minimap in the mission with the train station is broken. Zooming in and out by scrolling takes forever. Placing down walls is weird, they all turn to one position regardless of rotating before placing and they're 2x1 so it's hard to use the city terrain as natural barriers and wall them off. For english speakers - the translation is passable, but needs more work. The bigger issue is the actual text, which goes way to fast at some moments so you don't have a chance to read it all before it moves to the next bubble. I could still return it, but I'll keep it and look for updates to see the progress because I love the genre and the potential of this game. Since it's not classified as an EA title, I can't give it a vote up atm.

Sorry, I can't recommend it right now as it is still too rough. So many actions do not have any sound. Yet ever time you give a command you hear the same response, which is annoying. There are also some places where things are not translated to English. Seems like it has potential, but not fun right now.
