15 years ago this game's ad used to be literally on every web-site, literally! Allods Online may be a WoW clone, but overall it is a way better game than WoW. The game features a deep, immersive world called Sarnaut, which blends traditional fantasy with science fiction elements like Astral space travel and steampunk machinery. You can choose between F2P or P2P (subscription-only) servers. Although the P2P server is removes all P2W elements from the game, I personally always hated subscription-based systems. On the other hand F2P server has heavy monetization system. Critical gameplay advantages, such as runes and consumables that significantly boost damage and survivability, are often gated behind expensive cash shop purchases. Especially on Western servers, the player base has dwindled over time. This can make the world feel barren during the leveling process and make it difficult to find groups for high-level endgame content like raiding or Astral ship battles.2 found this helpful
