Wonderful platformer, one of my favorites in a while. I really liked a lot about this. I think it visually looks fantastic. The music and sounds are really good too. The movement of the character feels very nice against the environment. The level designs had a variety of challenges fun to me. The exploring was fun. The characters are cute! It was nice being able to 100% the game too without needing to look things up. I specifically really like the design decision to have things like the Fairy Wings, and the Gifts all make sound you can hear through walls. The areas were small enough and Snufflers having max totals listed for each area was nice. I have a things about the game I dislike - but the positives far outweigh these - here are the slight issues I personally have: - Being able to Infinitely Jump using the Lucent Node upgrade feels bad. It's much easier to do so in most scenarios than to do the platforming. For talking to all the Snufflers it seems like such a feature is known and mandatory - because other I am not sure how you would gain the height needed to reach some of them - so I never want to not abuse this mechanic as I might miss a secret. A great 3d platformer with some unique schmoovment options. Highly recommend!

Got to the end screen but didn't do too much afterwards. Overall a good movement platformer but I'm not keen on a lot of the design. I got this because it looked like a low poly furry platformer a la Pseudoregalia which I really enjoyed. It's kind of an open ended movement based platformer, which at its core is executed pretty good and feels good to play most of the time. Wall kicks feel a little awkward to perform, which makes the first part of the game feel not-too-good, but you have some additional movement mechanics that help move the game along. In fact a lot of the additional moves you get break large swathes of the game, which I'm fine with, I think it's good to feel like your upgrades are meaningful and it makes going back to get collectibles slightly less of a pain, but it also means a lot of collectibles require you to double back which is... eh. I think this game would have been better if it was a little more linear. The main hub lets you enter multiple places, some you don't know you don't have the tech for until you're already halfway through (or you didn't read the modifier tutorial before you decided to take that path, maybe have a tutorial for it in two spots). Prefacing this by saying that I'm only about 3/4ths of the way through right now, but I absolutely adore this game. I've been looking for a game to fill the hole that Pseudoregalia left and Angel Essence delivered in full and then some. - Movement mechanics are great. Starts of lackluster, but becomes way more fun as you explore the map and gain new skills. My only complaint is that a couple of the skills that you acquire feel kind of overpowered and take the challenge out of an area. The dash mechanic gives the player too much height when used in it's alt form and can make spanning large gaps and recovering from mistakes insanely easy. - Level design is phenomenal, and I love the general art style. I love the kind of abandoned magical ancient civilization concept the game has going on, and I love Angelique and the nerdy pink scientist cat Maple. They're both extremely cute <3 - Music is kind of meh. I haven't really encountered anything that has really stuck out to me so far other than the theme of the central nest, but there's still time to impress. - I haven't encountered any serious bugs!
