Armored Front: Tiger Command

Abandoned in an almost unplayable state. This is hardly an alpha.

When I got this game, it was neat, and I didn't hate it, but there wasn't a ton to do in my opinion and it wasn't too straightforward. Despite that, at the time, I still would've recommended it to anyone wanting a very immersive tank experience. But things have changed, and not for the better. First off, one of the main attractions of the game, being the physics interactions, was simplified. This could be seen as good or bad, to be fair, because it did make things a bit easier to handle, but it lost some of the immersion factor. However, that isn't the real issue. The game is dead. Completely. The last devlog was in 2022. It promised more content would come, and that the dev would not give up on Armored Front. But they gave up. It's been 4 years since then, with no updates to the game. The developer hasn't even said anything regarding this game to us. Complete and total radio silence. There's no real good reason to be getting this game anymore. Don't bother.

great game! i recommend a good pc for this as having a gaming laptop will somtimes make this game a lil laggy (prior experience). one thing i wish this game has was multiplayer support, and more missions! overall good game

Good concept but dead game

Well, you command a tank in North Africa, you issue orders as the commander with a little radio that has dials you twist and buttons to press so as to give orders to your crew. You can go as a driver and manually steer the tank around, you can sit as the bow gunner and fire the machinegun. You can operate the gun but it's a little jank since you'll constantly lose control if your hands move away from the elevation and rotation wheels, as well as use the co-axial machinegun and physically move your head around to aim through the finicky gunner sight that has little to no range finding features. You can also just sit in the loader's seat and physically push shells into the breach, but the dev has planned on removing this feature (and other interactive features) because the physics keep breaking and not working as intended. For side content, you can operate a PaK-40 anti-tank gun that functions largely the same as the tank's gun, the main differences being you're just one crew and have to do the aiming and loading and spotting all by yourself instead of having some semi-autonomous crewmen work with you. For $20 USD it's investing in there being more stuff later on with the fun gimmi…
