✦ AI summary

Players appreciate this classic point-and-click adventure for its engaging crime story and nostalgic appeal, with some finding it comparable to Still Life. However, the game suffers from technical issues on Windows 11 with poor performance, occasional puzzle logic that feels unclear, and uneven gameplay execution that prevents it from being consistently enjoyable despite its compelling narrative.

Too bad - it doesn't run on Windows 11 (low FPS). As described by the community in the Hub, I don't want to download any dubious third-party software just to make the game playable.

Nicole is certainly the worst agent ever. I knew who the culprit ten minutes after playing thanks to the obivous clue right in front of me. So, the rest of the game was painfully very very long. Near the end, I can't help but scream at her for being so dumb. And her so called catchphrases like she doesn't have strength for this or that or "this is not a woman's job". Just shut up. Okay? If you can't even lift a ream of papers without complaining, how the heck did you pass the physical test to become an agent. Oh, no, I see....You didn't, which is why you are so stupid, Nicole. The puzzles are as dumb as Nicole for most of them. Not difficult. Just stupid. And Nick... Ah, Nick... You are as useful as sunglasses in the night. Seriously, what the point of having a partner when you have to do all the work by yourself? It reminds me the "joy" of group work in high school. And what is his deal with giving cryptic clues ? Is it so hard to send a text instead of origamis? The story was meh at best. If you are looking for a good investigation with subtle twists, look away. Here, you have Agent Dumb who runs in circle during hours. Special mention during the library part. If you kn…

It's like if Michael Scott wrote a murder mystery point and click game, honestly. The game become immensely better if you just view it from the perspective that Nicole is probably just hallucinating all of this whilst in a coma. Makes a lot of things make more sense. "Message in a booo-tttllle." I love you Nicole. Never change. Is it a good game? No. Did I love it and have a great time playing it? Yeah. Would I recommend this generally? No. Would I recommend this if you're a fan of the obtuse solutions, quotable and strange voice acting, and just general jank that comes with a lot of old point and clicks? Yes. "You get used to it."

It is a mediocre adventure game that may offer a few hours of enjoyment, especially if you’re into crime or police stories and enjoy adventure games. It gave me some Still Life vibes in a positive way. Even if the execution isn’t perfect, it’s definitely worth a try.
