Wow, this game is bad in every aspect: the UI, balance, unit behaviour, design choices, scope, performance and looks. Even at a heavy discount, I regret buying it. If you're looking for a game in which units are resistant to your commands, you've found it. Also good luck on clicking on the desired enemy building to attack it, the command will just register to something else in the neighbourhood most of the time. This level is so hilariously lame, you don't see such every day. Units are also impossible to focus due to the ever annoying army system. (bonus: engineers are combined into armies when a command is given to multiple ones even if you disable that option in the settings, however aircraft cannot be combined into an army even manually and as a result aircraft are so awkward to control). If the software worked with the settings and setup specified in the recommended requirements then I would say it would be a subjectively fun sandbox. But both its performance and looks are just horrible on any setting. Imagine a sim in which you can turn down texture details, terrain update frequency, lights, resolution, shadows, antialiasing, BUT no particle count. Yep, this game renders un…
This game is junk for reasons i dont get it has suddenly decided that all my separate armys on the map are 1 and all have to be in the same place it is a game breaking error and incredibly frustrating !
had this at a steam sale, and it ticks every box for an RTS. havent stopped playing it
Great game
The game is like a smaller scale planetary annihilation. I am not a big fan of the infinite unit production aspect of rts, as it just turns into perma production of infinite army. IMO it feels less strategic. There are upgrades, but from what I can tell the upgrades are not all that crazy indepth. Increase unit health, unit damage, unit cap basically.
