About Assimilate! (A Party Game)

Assimilate! (A Party Game) consists of three rounds of finger-pointing fun. Each player is either a human, robot, or programmer (the robot's best friend) and needs to work together in order to win. The only problem, the humans don't know who their fellow humans are so they'll have to use logic, deduction, and teamwork to figure out who they can trust.

Team Humans
Objective: Identify (and kick out) that pesky robot!
  • Submit clues describing the password (that everyone but the Robot knows) to prove you're a human
  • Deliberate among the other players to determine who appears suspiciously robotic
  • If a majority of the humans correctly identify the robot (or programmer), the humans win!

Team Robots
Objective: Assimilate among the humans, undetected.
  • The Programmer helps the Robot bluff their way through the clue-entering phase
  • Deflect suspicion from your team and accuse humans as being untrustworthy
  • If a majority of the humans cannot correctly identify the robot or programmer, the Robot team prevails!

SOMEONE HELP MY SIDES ARE HURTING!!!! This game definitely took a bit for everyone to figure out! I played on stream and as new people came in we had to take time to go over the rules and functionality but once everyone got the hang of it we all had so much fun! I tried to end stream a couple times because it was getting late but my viewers BEGGED me in the chat to keep playing. I also Pokérapped the list of words every round while everyone was typing in their hints, which was REALLY HARD TO DO some rounds with the player-generated words because I couldn't stop laughing!!! Definitely need to play with the right people who have a good sense of humor!!

This game is so much fun. I recommend this game if you stream to have your community to tag along and play with you. It's also fun if you play it with friends and family for a get together. it's witty and the concept is a fun time highly suggest for those who like party games to play.

It's fine... the rules are a little confusing, as we all thought the robot was a game AI. Otherwise, it's fine.. we played like 4 rounds, but there wasn't too much laughter or interaction. It didn't fill an entire night, like a Jackbox game would.. but it's fine. Maybe on sale, but not $10 when there are way better party options. Also, we had trouble with our phones losing connection to the game, so there are some backend issues. But it's fine...

Played the demo at Magfest and really enjoyed it! Not too complicated to learn but still fun to play a few rounds with friends/family. Has replay value as much as the next party game.

Excellent alternative to Jackbox games that also brings a new perspective to play and because of this, these indie developers deserve some credit and support. Hope this game goes a long way.
