Backrooms: Last Room - Infinite Depths

i liked this game.... graphics are good the levels are pretty good and i finally made progress after getting stuck...... then tried saving the game and the save button LITERALLY DOES NOTHING! what a waste of time i spent almost 3 hours on this game only to be spit back out at the beginning of the game..... what a waste of money..... what good is a game if you have the play through the whole thing in one sitting?

This game is a waste of time with the lack of save function, even if the devs mentioned they added save anywhere in some patch note, it doesn't even work in the first place. First time I played it in September 2024 and my first impression was a fairly positive one despite the lack of save. because it delivered the walking simulator experience. When I picked up the game again after more than a year later, I thought it was pretty much the same with a few more trivial elements like 2 emotes that really adds nothing. Then I reached this level people call Suburbia, it made me confused what am I suppose to do wondering around empty houses, then when the sky turns dark, a monster would just kill you and you're being reset in that level. What did they smoke to think it was a good idea to add this sort of stuff in a supposedly walking simulator that had zero mechanics throughout previous levels? It's just antithetical to the rest of the previous levels,

There were a few amount of glitches, I'll start there. Same as majority of the of Backroom games. Personally, I fell like it was not worth 5.99 dollars. I got stuck where the houses were, the elevator wasn't working. I will attempt to go back and finish the game since I did spend money on it. I honestly have played better FREE backroom games. But I'll give it a 5/10 on the pear scale.

Its a great backrooms game until up to the end. The ending was horrible and I hated walking through the houses at the end. Please remove this, or find an easier way to lead people to the next area.

Its a great game for the genre and style its going for, graphics are great and the atmosphere is good, when there was horror it really did catch you. Overall it doesnt do too much different from a typical game of the sort it just does the things well, some semi gameplay features/challanges within the game that raise the experinces compared to a typical walking simulator. The game is in a lot of ways close to the complex games. 7.5/10 for the genre/style, some drawbacks like kinda half rideclous running headbob stuff at points, also the fact you have to play it in one sit through due to no saves(only takes like 2 hours though). Letting players replay indivueall levels post game and letting players save in general would obivosuly been appericated.

The camera shake / head bob is really bad and with no way to turn it off. The outdoor level just has spending more time sitting in a house waiting for day then actually exploring looking for the exit. There is a bug with the audio on the long narrow storm level where you can't turn the audio off or adjust it. Game has potential but the bugs and lack of a save system with the horrible head bob keep me from recommending this game. it has been about 8 months since last update so likely abandon ware.
