Banzai Escape

Surprisingly good game, specially for being the first game the dev ever made. There's some jank, and the story is nothing to write home about, but the game looks good, there's voice acting (some of it is pretty good) and the soundtrack is REALLY amazing. There's some difficulty to the game, but it doesn't feel unfair. It's not a long game and all achievements (minus one) can be achieved in about 3~4 hours.

Not fun at all. Shotguns kill you in one hit, even if you are hiding behind a wall. And on top of that the controls are crutchy and slow. I know that I've only played this for 30 minutes, but god this is horrible. Dev is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lucky that I am such a nice person and I understand that it isn't easy to make a game, so I won't refund it. not yet anyway.

What a frustratin experience. Do you like spending 2minutes and half your ammo trying to kill a single static ennemy? Oh, that ennemy is door by the way. Do you like grinding the same levele again, and again, and again, and again to eventually have enough money to buy enough ammo to fight a boss for 5min straight? Do you like to play a doge game with death laser beam? Did I mention that this game sometimes involve dodiging both a high and low beam? Which is impossible and will get you instantly killed. Personally, my answer to all these questions is no.

Great game! It was a nice surprise to come across. It's short and simple but a nice fun little time. The gameplay is like an arcade on rails shooter but you are an anime girl. There's some challenging parts in the game, particularly the helicopter I died several times on until I got the hang of it. I recommend it

Looks like a third person shooter but it's not. it's more akin to a phone game where you tap buttons on the screen to make the character do things.you have no control of your character as she moves herself to the next "Action Spot" every time you clear an area, kinda like a rail shooter. if that's your thing, by all means, have fun. but this was included in the the TPS sale and I was under the impression it was going to be a third person shooter, not an "on-rails" shooter.
