About BBS (Bulletin Board System) Magica
Magical Girl Programming ✖︎ Auto Battle! This is an auto-battle shooting game in which Kurumi, a former magical girl office worker, manages a bulletin board to support herself and aims for early retirement with the proceeds. Bulletin boards are under constant threat. From cracker attacks to troll posts, Kurumi, now a magical girl in cyberspace, will eliminate any and all obstacles to the operation of the bulletin board.Combat partIn cyberspace, Kurumi transforms into the magical girl she was when she was shining and protects the bulletin board. The game is over when the durability of the bulletin board reaches zero. Also, the messengers who operate according to your programming will be an important part of the game.Daily life partBefore going into battle, you can act in the real world only once. You will use your physical strength efficiently, sometimes working on the side to earn funds, and sometimes sleeping to conserve your strength. It is also essential to hone your skills as a magical girl in cyberspace. Protect your bulletin board from cyber attacks, which intensify in proportion to the popularity of your board, and increase your earnings.
The old-fashioned world of the Internet
In the past, bulletin boards were a great place to support Kurumi as a magical girl. Kurumi's heyday has passed, and now those bulletin boards are in disrepair. Protect the bulletin board and become popular again in a screen that reminds you of the Internet and CRTs of the Heisei era.Simple Programming Function
In order to use the messenger, you need to create a program. The graphical UI operated with the mouse and tutorials are designed so that even programming beginners can learn while playing. What Steam players say

I'm not the target demographic for this game; I already know how to code. You've been conscripted to help a magical girl achieve her dream of becoming a wealthy e-girl? internet influencer? twitter unemployee? by playing a tower defense game where you have to program the defenders' behavior yourself. The programming language is designed to be easy to use even if you don't already know how to code. Pieces of code fit together like puzzle pieces and snap into place if they're meant to be used together. There's documentation available for most pieces, with examples of how the piece can be used. I have no clue whether it succeeds at being easy to learn. It seems like it would to me, but perhaps that's because I have knowledge that you might lack. Your experience might be different. You don't need to become a master of the system right away. The tutorial leads you to make a basic script that tells your defenders to turn to face enemies and then fire at them, which is probably fine enough for most of the game. As you progress through the game you'll find that you could spend resources to make your defenders stronger, but you could also just code them to fight more effectively. There'…5 found this helpful
Main story is extremely easy. The game provides you with a tutorial script and catalog to make it simple regardless of your programming experience. You can get away with using only basic commands as long as you're upgrading your skills. The management part is pretty shallow. Kurumi has plenty of time to rest on weekends if you let her familiars take care of battles, so you're never at risk of her health dropping. Would recommend if you're a beginner interested in programming or if you like the magical girl or Heisei-era internet look.1 found this helpful
