Beautiful Mystic Defenders

I freakin' love this game. I don't know what it is really - I don't know exactly why, but I think it's a combination of things. It's relaxing, yet something fun to do. It's a simple game. I love the art. I love the characterizations on the maps. It's just... cute! I love the gameplay. I don't even care about the sex stuff. The female npc's are cute, and I'd be satisfied with just how they're portrayed without the sex. I'd still be satisfied because it's just FUN. They are dressed very feminine! Other games I have, the sex stuff is ALL they have going for them. This game is different. If it was just the game itself I'd still love it. I love the simplicity! Sometimes a game comes a long that scratches an itch. It just does even though I can't quite put my finger on why.

Clunky, feels like a Kingdom Rush Ripoff with terrible H-scenes

This game is so horrendously unbalanced, by stage 6 they spawn 40 enemies going into two different objectives where you can only fire once every second and every enemy takes at least 4 hits to kill. They one shot the foot soldiers, your towers does ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for damage, and the enemies are like sonic dashing through the map at the speed of sound. If you can endure the early game torture, welcome to midgame where nothing really changes, same goes to endgame. CG is fine, got this on sale for 2 bucks, can't really complain much except if you're a completionist and want to get all the achievements, DON'T. BUY. THIS. TRASH.

the tower defense mechanics are good..

This was a great game to play. Beautiful Mystic Defenders is a tower defense game similar to Kingdom Rush and such. The story of the game was okay. It can basically be summed up as you get reincarnated into another world where a kingdom is being invaded by monsters and you somehow manage to successfully lead the kingdom to victory. You get to know a little more about the girls as you progress through the levels. The game play was alright. it's really straight forward and simple in this game. I got pretty bored halfway through but there's an automatic win button you can click to skip the level which was really nice of the devs. Art was great. Outside of h-scenes the art is decent but the art featured in the scenes are pretty great. There are only 11 scenes in total I believe and they're kinda short. They're pretty good in my opinion and there's a variety of different kind of scenes. Overall a decent game. Unless you're really into tower defense games I think it would be best to wait for a sale. If you enjoy the tower defense aspect then this game is 100% worth the full price.

simple plot, writing is a bit meh. constant talking during the 1st sexy scene. that's a bit annoying. some translations come through in a funny way. devs tried. after 5th mission, you get to see some action. took about 40 minutes. (yea, I was reading it) so far soo good 9/10
