Simple defense game that's easy to play. You have a tower on the left side, and the goal is to send out units to survive the enemy waves coming from the right side of the screen. The units are selected from a variety of different characters that you unlock automatically as you progress through the stages. Each unit has different stats, but the most important factor is its cost. To send a unit out to defeat enemies along its path, you need gems, which are generated almost every second or earned by killing enemies. While the first stage is easy and you'll beat it with all three stars, which are awarded for surviving all waves and keeping your tower intact, the second stage already shows that you might need to think about the right units. This leads to permanent tower upgrades that are purchased with gems. Although gems are used to deploy units during a mission, you also earn them as rewards for completing stages. Even better, they slowly generate on the main screen, which means you can simply leave the game open for a while and collect gems automatically. However, after spending some time with the game, I found myself enjoying it more than I expected. The gameplay is simple to understand but surprisingly engaging. Building a team, managing resources, and figuring out the best strategy to deal with different waves of enemies kept me entertained for several hours. The progression system also gives you a reason to keep playing and improving your setup. While the visuals may not be on the same level as games with fully hand-drawn art, the developer clearly put effort into making the gameplay fun and satisfying. In the end, I think gameplay matters more than graphics, and this game delivers a solid and enjoyable experience for its price.

I honestly didn't expect a small indie game like this to have a global leaderboard. Competing with players from different countries for higher scores adds a lot more replay value than I anticipated. Every time I improve my strategy and climb a few spots, it feels surprisingly rewarding. The game itself is easy to pick up, but there’s enough depth in team building and upgrades to keep things interesting. The artwork is clearly AI-assisted, which might not be everyone's preference, but the gameplay is genuinely fun and the developer has put real effort into making the mechanics engaging. For the price, I’ve definitely gotten my money’s worth. Looking forward to seeing how the leaderboard evolves as more players join.
