Love the game, very addicting! Game mechanics remind me of the classic asteroids (Atari) and a combination of Vampire Survivors! Very challenging for sure! Background, graphics, music 5/5! Would love to play this on my Tesla. @ElonMusk get this game loaded on every Tesla vehicle!

Beetle Barrage is a really clever little shooter because the most important weapon mechanic also controls how I move. I play as a mechanical beetle fighting insects, but every time I fire, the recoil pushes me backward. I found that idea immediately interesting because shooting is no longer just about dealing damage. Every attack also changes my position. The recoil movement gives the combat a surprisingly satisfying rhythm. I have to think about where I am standing before firing because a shot can push me away from an enemy or accidentally send me somewhere dangerous. I liked learning to use the recoil intentionally, especially when I needed to create distance or move through a tricky area. The game also lets me collect abilities while fighting, which gives each run a little more variety. These upgrades can change how I approach the enemies and help me build a more effective way of surviving.
