Story
The old world ended on the fourth of December, 2033.
In the preceding decade, advances in human cloning had led to the development of the ultimate weapon; the expendable clone soldier, the Mercenary.
Nations began expanding their borders aggressively, seeking more resources in order to expand their clone armies. The entire world soon became embroiled in global conflict.
BlackShot is one the world’s elite mercenary groups. You are a newly contracted Mercenary.

The game itself (blackshot.exe) crashes at the "PreGamer" stage with an Access Violation (Exception Type 11 at 0x40e0b1). Most likely cause: BattlEye anti-cheat has not been enabled for Proton by the developer (Vertigo Games/PapayaPlay). --- Issues encountered & workarounds applied: 1. game is full of cheaters even with battle eye installed. you start with low tier garbage guns and equipment and everyone else has maxed out gear and weapons at the same beginner level you start at. there are no bot matches to get you used to the games controls and you are constantly getting one shotted when you have to dump a whole clip of ammo into guys to get them to drop! when you do pull the equipment box you get stuff that expires after a few hours or if your lucky a few days. you never actually unlock anything to own permanently. everything is a time limited use. whats the point? even as bad as call of duty is, at least you get to keep your guns when you unlock em. game is too heavy on pay to win mechanics. all this and the achievements are broken. youre supposed to get one for logging in on your first day and then another on day two... well im on my second day and im yet to see either one of those achievements! if you were thinking of trying this one, save yourself the time and frustration... your only gonna be fodder for some pay to win jerk to get free kills off of with his aimbot! game uninstalled and in the bin it goes!1 found this helpful
