Barely recommended. This is definitely not your casual golf game. The graphics are pretty basic with a few different levels to test your skills on. For free it's worth a try, but I didn't like how needlessly difficult holes were. If you enjoy hardcore precision platforming with imprecise controls, then you give it a go.

"Bogey Brian" is another episode of the Steam hit show, "I Can't Believe It's Not A Mobile App". While the concept is okay if you're an iPhone gamer, this 2D retro pixel abandonware was never finished and objectively failed to garner any interest from gamers. What do you do in the game? Angry Birds, basically, but without the pigs and physics. You just fling yourself around various "minigolf" courses to get to the flag. That's it. The developers abandoned this 1 year and 10 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers.
