Step into the booth as a border control agent and swiftly process robots by analysing their documents for discrepancies, oddities, undeclared modifications and contraband!
Earn credits through challenging gameplay to purchase booth upgrades to keep yourself ahead of the competition. You can also spend your credits on apartment customisations and bring your space to life!
Meet and interact with a variety of quirky robots at the booth and in your apartment! Come face-to-face with sentient appliances as you discover more about their newfound consciousness and colourful personalities.
Use a variety of tactile gadgets in VR to examine robots at the booth. You'll need different tools for inspection including a 3D printer, Contraband Detector, Stun Gun, Barcode Scanner and much more.

I fully expected it to be very hand holdy and more of like a simplified cutsy vr experience that mostly focused on quirky robots, But instead I got a challenging and intense border inspection game that rivals any flatscreen one that is further enhanced by it being in VR *AND* a focus on Quirky robots! The fact that this is the only Papers Please/Border inspection game in VR (that I could find) is honestly a crime, Yet being the only one doesn't stop it from being the best one.1 found this helpful
This is truly an amazing game, the animations are a little uncanny on the humans on some of the bots, but besides that, everything is perfect. If the Animated update that also includes hand movements from characters the only appear holographically and more head movements would already be a step up. There is no rush, you guys don't have to do this, I'm just sharing something I think can improve the experience. I love this game, and people who don't like stories or have too short of an attention span can go stay in bed for infinite medi-bot check ups.
