Magical Waifus Academy

The idea is good, and I genuinely like Wataponno's style, BUT. This particular game seems unfinished and abandoned. To understand how to play and what to do in general, I had to try all the buttons and read some guide in French... The game itself doesn't explain anything. The storyline is also broken and completely unclear: not only do they tell you the bare minimum, but half of the scenes are simply not shown and immediately drop into the gallery. All of this simply doesn't allow you to get into it, and if it weren't for that **French** guide and the cheats, I would have given up on it. I would give the game a 2/5 only for Wataponno's style and animations. Hope to see the finished project...

8/10 It's a great game. Quick input spell combat + school harem dating H Game with good scenes, balance, and dialogue. Pros: Dialogue is very good and natural imo and matters (VO is not the best, but better than 0). You will need to ask old questions with new answers available to progress at times. Girls have good variety in aesthetics, mood, and art. Gameplay loops is fun; talk to girls, enter dungeons to fight, come out and improve stats to also unlock more about the girls. Combat is engaging and allows for different play styles. Game has a bit of a grind but reasonable imo. Grind system means you never get stuck (you simply stat check enemies if you have trouble with spells). Game is a good length and only loses a little quality by the end. Cons: Control scheme is rough but easy to get used to. Sometimes progress is unclear but I never needed a guide. Choices do NOT matter or their is one correct answer.

Interesting premise that a better dev could have taken far, but this falls woefully short in many areas. Interface? Ass. Controls? Ass. Art? Ass, at best.

good gameplay, but characters are underdeveloped. too few dialogues, no proper route for each of the main girls, everyone is like skyrim npc but worse. This game has potential, but stop at potential.
