This game is a ton of fun. You purchase properties, some have homes some do not. You have goals given to you by the Mayor, and you may set some of your own additionally. The object of course, is to make the most amount of money by collecting the most rent. You will want to create the most attractive and functional community possible, collect lots of rent, build specific homes and businesses, some of them requiring paint and some landscaping as well to accomplish the goals you are assigned as well as the ones you may set for yourself. Enjoy!
This game is definitely worth it. It's a good wind-down kind of game.
You can play for as little or as long as you want without losing any of your items. low cost to start. challenging.
