SC4 was my go-to city builder for a long time and returning to it is like revisiting an old friend. The only knock I have is that it takes some effort to get the game up and running on a modern computer, but there is a dedicated community at Simtropolis and SC4 Devotion that have written out good notes and good tools that will get this oldie up and running in no time. The game is still fun after 20+ years and with the addition of a couple of quality-of-life mods it is still a very dynamic game and city builder.1 found this helpful

Baller game. One thing though you will have accomadate the game. If you force it to your liking it will crash.
Fun old school game. Tradition never dies, I wished they made a Sim City 5 with the same engine as the 4th edition just with much more features and designs. Although considered an "old game" I still love the engine behind it's make and design. Still fun to play but let that be my opinion, Try it and see for yourself.
Great building game to play for a while and shut out the rest of the world. This is how I relax.
same the before games os Sim City series, but much more graphic quality, and you can DRIVE the cars from city, very funny
