Fun game! The difficulty hits a very nice sweet spot. It's challenging and really requires you to think your turns through, but it's not *too* challenging. I felt like I could easily learn from my mistakes. You quickly learn how the robots and your spells behave, and each run is short and sweet. This game is perfect for short bursts. I really like the game's focus on room environments. It makes every room feel like a puzzle where you try to solve "How do I get every gem without losing a single hit point?"; it's really satisfying whenever you accomplish that. Overall, this game is a ton of fun to play. I recommend you check it out!6 found this helpful
The first word in parity-based traditional roguelike combat. It's got a good variety of different modes, it's kind of an infinite puzzle generator.2 found this helpful
Generative puzzle game. Better than i could have hoped for. Deceptively complex, despite simple rules.1 found this helpful
A small-scale tactics roguelike that doesn't overstay its welcome, and offers 9 different ways to play the game. There are also medals for beating a run with a high amount of gems (20/24) as well as doing winstreaks with a gold trophy (16/24 gems collected). Certainly a nice coffee-break game. That being said, I got every achievement without ever losing a single run. I think the difficulty could be rebalanced to be more challenging.1 found this helpful
