Can't Drive This is a competitive co-op (it's a thing) multiplayer party racing game. Drive your monster truck WHILE your friend builds the road in front of you! Oh, and don't go too slow, OR YOU'LL EXPLODE! Like in that Sandra Bullock movie, in which she kinda does the same thing, but on a bus. Also, she doesn't explode (Spoiler alert). Also, Keanu Reeves was in the movie.
Co-Op Multiplayer Goodness
- Play local face-to-face couch co-op, with your best frenemy! Grab some friends and some controllers, and go destroy those friendships! (We probably should, but do not take responsibility for any damage to your interpersonal relationships.)
- If you don't have any friends around, play single-player, or find some random internet-person to play with! Experience the joy of playing Can't Drive This without that annoying smelly friend next to you. You know the one I'm talking about.
Customization!
Where's the fun in online multiplayer if there's no customization, you ask? A very intelligent question, you beautiful person! Can't Drive This features a gazillion* unlockable parts and a vehicle editor so you can show off your awesomeness to everybody! But as we all know, only one player gets to drive a car at a time. The other player builds the road. That's why we also included a road editor! Create your custom track and have your friends race on a gold-plated yellow brick road, if that's your jam!

Can’t Drive This is a wonderfully chaotic experiment in cooperative gameplay, developed and published by Pixel Maniacs. It blends racing and construction in a way that feels immediately frantic, hilarious, and unlike anything else in the genre. The concept is simple but brilliant: one player drives a monster truck that must stay above a certain speed to avoid exploding, while another builds the track in real time ahead of the vehicle. This dual structure transforms a familiar racing experience into a high-pressure exercise in communication, improvisation, and damage control. As soon as the truck launches forward and the track starts forming tile by tile beneath its wheels, the game’s core identity becomes clear—this is a party game designed to push teamwork to its breaking point. The gameplay shines most when two players find themselves in desperate coordination. The driver must maintain speed, handle sudden turns, dodge hazards, and make split-second corrections when the track ahead looks questionable. this is an unfinished game...but I still love it there's opportunity to turn this into an A-tier game, rivaling the top-selling party games. -add more unique road pieces (like the ones available in the pre-release that you removed) -add more game-modes with maps where you aren't in a road built on the sky -expand the music playlist besides the obvious needed improvements, this is a hit whenever we have friends over. show it to them, play for 30 minutes, and maybe on return visits it gets requested for a 2nd or 3rd play. This game is SO visually enticing to kids, as every player drives a 'monster truck'. that being said, the game is too difficult and too punishing for most kids to participate unless they are older and are already skilled with racing games. Not a good game if you're playing alone. Buy it on sale if you have someone to play with.1 found this helpful

Nice game but no online players. Single player is good and idea is great
Good game for 2 players if you have a friend to play with. And, the devs respond to feedback.
