Cannon Block Ball is a browser game/web app that's been dumped on Steam as if it was a fully fledged PC game (it's not)... it's a cash grab from greedy web developers. The game is an unabashed, lazy ripoff of Angry Birds (Copyright Rovio/Sega, 2009). Many lazy "amateur" developers don't pay attention to their obligations under copyright law, and often steal the ideas of actual, real game developers without credit, such as the "developer" here has done. At this stage no legal action has been taken by Rovio/Sega against the "developer" here, but it's never off the table, as previous copyright law cases have shown. Putting aside the unethical intellectual bankruptcy of stealing someone else's game concept for profit, this is also breaking that unwritten law of stealing other people's game ideas... you should at least try to do better than the game you're ripping off. Cannon Block Ball is considerably worse than Angry Birds. Once more this is an attempt from Nannings to scam PC gamers into paying them for a game that you can play for free in your web browser. To the extent that they exist, I may pass for a NanningsGame stan: I genuinely and unironically enjoy a handful of their offerings for a quick arcade/casual fix. And Nannings being a prolific Steam dev with scads of easily-found and heavily discounted keys, there’s gonna be some misses—and Cannon Block Ball is squarely in the bottom third of their catalog. It should be evident from the storefront demo vids that this is no more and no less than a no-frills, Dollar General Angry Birds-a-like. Block Ball clocks in at a very short indeed 27 stages offering almost no challenge given your 10 allotted attempts per stage… and the few interesting mechanics that are introduced (let’s say the trampoline accelerator and the switches) are never featured in more than 2 stages. An inattentive player can finish this in 25 minutes and not feel any differently after getting unceremoniously dumped back on the level select screen. Not recommended for completists: only game count sickos. Pretty less levels but at least its at basically the lowest price before free

10 shots per round knock everything off in a timely fashion or level completion may not count, had it happen on level 20. The circle(s) with 10 countdown, simple drag and release with mouse, and ammo aimed starts at the center of that cricle no choice there, and arrows for aim/power. A little short, finished in under an hour, was very surprised that it ended 100% complete after level 27 and the achievements for level 27 completed did not have the same % of players as 100% completed, though this is an earn access to previous level by beating the earlier ones game. Definitely needs more levels, good so far!
