Canterz Paranormies

Canterz Paranormies is a template flip from Anamik Majumdar, who keeps reskinning the same lame GameMaker Studio game templates and re-releasing them on Steam with a few minor changes. The GameMaker Studio templates he keeps re-releasing are just basic retro pixel (couldn't he rip off a template with proper graphics??) 2D top down/platformer stealth/action games. Short cheap fun game

Very short game. Nice spooky atmosphere. I find the game scene transition too abrupt. It's literally like I was randomly walking around, a ghost appeared for like a sec, and the game just tells me to go investigate another floor. I was like...what just happened? Why'd I go to another floor when the ghost is right here? There are a few ghost "chase" scene where the game tells player to run from the ghost...but these almost always fail because the ghost only runs in a straight line in the middle of the room. Player is almost always safe as long he is not walking in the middle of the room.

"Canterz Paranormies" is a horror game that involves investigating a haunted house. Overall only takes about an hour to beat, but is fun and kinda scary. Definitely worth the money.
