Explore haunted locations within the various locations and slowly obtain evidence of Paranormal Activity. As you successfully complete investigations, more clients will reach out to you wanting your help with their paranormal concerns. Each location has a past and multiple unique ghosts haunting it. To be successful, not only will you need to collect enough evidence to satisfy the property owners' concerns, but you must also learn about the ghosts' past and why they are still lingering.
After enough evidence has been obtained, the player will utilize Trigger Items to facilitate closure for the sprits. In the case of a Demon infestation, Conrad will exorcise the Demon from the location. Once this process has been completed, Conrad will put the Relic in his haunted museum, back at his office.
You can finalize your investigation at any time and head back to your office to regroup. It may take several trips to a location to obtain enough clues and evidence to fully investigate a place. Sometimes, Conrad’s first few trips to a location don’t produce much evidence. That’s ok, wrap up and try again another night.

Ratings 1-10, 1 being sheet and 10 being amazing: Graphics: 8/10 (Game already starts in great resolution, but gets extremely laggy whenever the camera is equipped. Atmosphere/Scariness: 11/10 (Perfect. Absolutely perfect. I love getting jumpscared by a freaky shadow man screaming 'HELP ME' at 3 in the morning.) Difficulty: 9/10 (It's the perfect difficulty, we just don't get a tutorial at the start. Easy to get the hang of, though. Fanbase toxicity: 8/10 (There really aren't toxic fans, but those who dislike the game have some very colourful things to say about it that aren't that true or have been fixed.) This is the best ghost hunting game I've ever played, and it's absolutely wonderful. I am honestly shocked this game doesn't get a ton more attention, especially from Streamers, because it's fantastic. It's slow-paced because it really mimics what I imagine this would be like, and while there are a few irritating UI aspects (having to go back to the office to redo your notes, the tool belt limiting what you can carry, the looooong playback for EVPs) it doesn't even matter that much because of how unique this game is. There's nothing that chases you, it's pure investigation and putting together the evidence before finding the ghost's "tether" and releasing it. Which, can I just say, is one of the parts I love the most? There's an empathy here that is lovely to experience, and while the ghosts themselves aren't "scary", per se, they're certainly creepy in a way that completely works for me. If you like investigation games and are yearning for one that is about ghost hunting and not running/hiding/piecing together parts of your subconscious that reveal you're a family annihilator (seriously why is that every plot??), this is the game for you. I have played close to 800 hours of Phas playing solo...and so far this game has been what I have always been wanting from this genre. I love that this game goes all in with the investigation side of things and it's really great putting all the evidence together and figuring out what happened to who in these places. It is slow...like really slow. But when things happen it makes it way more scary and impactful. Love it so far and I am pretty certain I will be at it for hours on end. If you're into ghost and don't mind a more realistic approach to things, this game is well worth the money.
Its not a bad game for a solo play through of a paranormal game. Honestly i do enjoy the story of the game. there are a few issues such as the thermometer and the emf readers scan region being a bit to small sometimes. but over all its a good game.
lack of content, not mush to do half the time. nothing better to hunt ghosts with other than just the low quality items you get
This game exceeded my initial expectations and i have found a lot of fun playing this one! Unlike in Phasmophobia, you dont die in this one, so i feel much better playing this one alone ahah! Genuinely love the depth the game brings, its suuuuper immersive between the sounds and the personality of the game ghosts! i have been having a great time learning more about this game every time i open it up!
