A nice idea but the game is full of bugs with 0 quality of life (you must drag and drag with you mouse to go to the crafting stations every time, no buyback for gear accidently sold, etc). Wouldn't recommend it at the moment.5 found this helpful
There are bugs that I have notified the devs about, and after they responded a couple times, they just stopped. Bug remains. I am stuck at the end of the game and would need to completely rebuild my character to finish it because too many sources of lightning causes your character to stop attacking. I would refund it if I didn't have too many hours in it.3 found this helpful
Man I really want to like this game, the only problem is that it has so many bugs, I played this a week ago, I was able to rebirth, now when I load into the game again the rebirth option is no longer there, When trying to scroll back down to the bottom of the Map, it doesnt allow me to go all the way, Another bug is you can only equip 4 "Skill" cards, but somehow it seems that it will copy over some skill cards that makes you lose them so you have to regrind them back over again.... I loved other games by Oneshark like Great Hero's Beard and others.. but this one is just to buggy, I will be back of course to test out more of the game when other updates/bug fixes happen but for now, just be warned you might have alot of bugs, as of now, I will have to say I dont recommend this game, will update in the future if things get fixed/changed.2 found this helpful
6hr Review: It's great, but it's very short. 100% completion at 6ish hours. The devs have said an expansion is coming this month. 10hr Review: An Update has added a rebirth system and added new maps. The rewards for rebirth are very powerful, making it feel fun to go back to the beginning.1 found this helpful
Pretty good game, buy when it's on sale
Beautiful artwork, neat little game. I fully beat all the extended content. However, the music could use more variety, having to hear a sample of "let's go" and the a few piano riffs on a short loop is quite annoying. Wasn't fond of clicking and dragging to navigate the map. The last boss (The Sea King) is so unbalanced, took long hours of grinding to beat him, by a hair. Could be helpful to know you've parried attacks with left click, it seemed like that boss was relentlessly spamming attacks, and I'm frantically clicking not knowing if it was doing anything, no bueno. Maybe throw in another rebirth to make it less unfair. Don't like the destroy system with upgrading items. Could also use an encyclopedia of items. Also there are times the game is buggy. When you get to the top of the map, you can't fully go all the way down the map. Annoying to have to click off of blacksmith if you clicked on it before a level, and the loud clanking noises when mining doesn't do it any favors either. Those are my gripes and suggestions. Worth the price if devs are continuing to improve the game, hoping my suggestions are read and helpful.
