Gameplay

Castle Forbidden is a single-player horror experience focused on stealth, exploration, and puzzle-solving —with a touch of parkour.Your only tool is a malfunctioning flashlight.As you make your way through the castle, you’ll explore surreal rooms, solve strange environmental puzzles, uncover hidden secrets, and avoid deadly traps. Each area introduces new threats, mechanics, and twisted environments as the castle transforms around you.But the real danger is sound. Every movement creates echoes. A live sound gauge tracks how much noise you’re making (in-game). Be too loud, and the Guard will come hunting. If the gauge fills up completely, there won’t be time to hide.And if he finds you… it’s over.Even more dangerous are the creatures lurking in the dark. Born of the castle’s experiments, they cannot be fought. Your only hope is to stay quiet and pray they pass you by.
