What Steam players say

Players appreciate the game's cute aesthetic and survival gameplay concept, but the experience is significantly marred by AI-generated character art that developers disclosed only in Korean rather than English, frustrating players who oppose AI art. Beyond that core concern, reviewers cite poor mouse and keyboard controls, visual clutter that obscures enemies, limited skill combination depth, broken achievements, and a overall sense of rushed, oversaturated shovelware that becomes stale quickly and doesn't justify its price.
Characters are made by AI, the problem is that the developers said this in chinese instead of english "캐릭터 일러스트에 AI가 사용되었습니다." The whole page is in english exept for the AI disclaim which I do not like because there are people who do not support AI "art" and when they see this in chinese and not english they don't feel like translating (like me) and assume it is maybe something else like map generation which would be cool but no. I will change this review if the game removes the AI character and replaces it with an real artist. And I will buy this game again. Also voice might be AI but I can't tell.48 found this helpful
I can't in good faith recommend this game due to its use of AI, which sucks because otherwise this is a cute little game despite tending to get a bit stale if you play for long periods. There are also problems with the bugged achievements like other reviews have said. it's a shame because behind the problems i can see a game that *could* be really good if the problems were fixed.5 found this helpful
The game is not good at all. Controls are not optimized well for mouse and keyboard, the visuals are a chaotic mess (not the good kind--it's almost impossible to see enemies and their projectiles), and the whole thing just screams "shovelware cash-grab." This genre is already oversaturated, and there are much, MUCH better games in it that can be found for much cheaper. I wouldn't even consider this game worth $1. I tried it out because I kept seeing ads for it, now I'm inclined to believe that they spent more time, money, and energy advertising the game than on the game itself.5 found this helpful
Updated Review: Now that I've had time to play it, the game gets stale really fast. There are a number of skills. For example, you can get the fireball skill which can combine with 4 other skills. You can get one of two archery skills that do not combine with each other and both only combine with one other skill. Some skills are better if they aren't combined with other skills Fireball skill is great, but not so great if it's combined with the area attack skill, for example). Most skills can only be combined with one other skill, with just a couple that can be combined with 2 skills, and fireball being the only skill that can be combined with several. The playstation version shows an expanded skill chart, but as far as I can tell on the PC version, the skill chart is pretty small and extremely limited. The DLC is $10 for just a character and some levels, but no new skills or skill combinations. Honestly, the grind is a little extreme and the amount of content is incredibly minimal. Original review: Honestly... I'll recommend the game on the opening music video alone. They took all the best parts of retro anime music videos and mashed them into a long opening. I love it. NEW_REVIEW_NAME_1_1 NEW_REVIEW_CONTENT_1_1 On top of the achievements being completely borked, the combination skills is surprisingly small, especially considering how it's been expanded in the PlayStation release. The controls are a bit counter intuitive at times, and technically you can control where spells are aimed with the mouse but it often feels clunky and it's set up to make you second and third guess if the aim is even being affected at all. Er, sorry, that's more words than this game deserves. In keeping with the broken achievements, what I meant to say was Negative_Recommendation_0_12 found this helpful
